This camp is for serious wrestlers entering grades 7-12. 

Clinician, Tim Hartung, will lead participants through challenging workouts sessions including technique, skills, and conditioning. Participants will gain valuable wrestling knowledge to incorporate in their practice regimen (Irondale HS coaching staff will be assisting).
