2010 Irondale Wrestling Summer Training
Our Success Depends on YOU!!
Weight Training
Sign-up now if you haven’t already done so
Either go to the Community Ed. Website
Weight Training starts on June 14th at 3 pm
The cost is $85 if you have not already signed up
Wrestling Technique
Technique sessions start on June 21st
2 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays
These will last 1 hour
These are FREE to anyone planning to wrestle the 2010-11 season
Summer Camp
Camp will be held during the last week of July
A meeting for summer camps will be held at 7 pm on June 2nd
This meeting is for parents and wrestlers
Camp will start on July 26th and run through July 30th
Cost of the camp will be $150 per wrestler, $275 for 2 wrestlers, $400 for 3
Clinicians will be coming from outside to provide instruction
-Cole Konrad-2x NCAA Champion
-Brandon Eggum-Asst. Coach U of MN, 2001 World Silver Medalist
-Kelly McConville-3x MN State Champion, 4 yr start U of Wyoming
-Luke Becker-NCAA Champion, 4X All-American, Asst. Coach U of MN
Camp will be held at the Pinnacle Training Center in Shoreview
Tor reach OUR goals, it will take a consistent and concentrated effort from EVERYONE.
