Get ready! Iron (Irondale / Spring Lake Park / St.Anthony) Youth Wrestling is gearing up for the 2022-2023 season!  We will have 2 different practice groups based on age. K-2nd will have practice going 6:05 - 7:05 and then 3rd-8th will practice from 7:10-8:10.

We will have 2 sessions.

Session 1 will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays from November 15th - December 22nd. Session 1 will have 11 practices. (No practice on Thanksgiving day)

Session 2 will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays from January 3rd - March 14th. Session 2 will have 21 practices.

Some of the high school wrestlers will be there to help your child improve their wrestling knowledge, become a better athlete, and of course, have fun and make friends! We will post optional tournament dates throughout the season that our coaches will be at if your wrestler wants to try out the skills that they have been learning.

Costs:

Session 1 - $40/wrestler

Session2 - $70/wrestler (Family Cap: $120)

Both sessions - $100/wrestler (Family cap: $160)
