The High School Team will practice at  Irondale (unless noted otherwise) with practice starting at 3:40 and running until about 6pm.

Parents: You will be responsible for providing your child(ren) with wrestling shoes and headgear (the schools have very limited headgear that we are supplied and might need to share with others if you don't have your own).
