Thursday (1/27): SIS hosted their last home competition of the season and celebrated Parent night. The team wrestled against Forest Lake (L&M), Two Rivers, and Roseville. The team finished the night 2-1, only losing to Forest Lake.
Saturday (1/29): The 3 freshman that qualified for the MNGWL Individual tournament (Arlo, Ryder, and Clayton) headed over to Champlain Park. Arlo (100) and Ryder (106) both ended up going 0-2, but fought hard in both matches. Clayton (120) lost his first match but then battled all the way back to finish in 6th place!
Wrestler of the Week: Brandon Lee (113) is our wrestler of the week for his win by fall against the #7 ranked wrestler at 113 from Forest Lake
Outlook: This week the SIS team is in their final week of the regular season and will cap the year off by heading to East Ridge for a triangular against East Ridge and Hastings (6).
