Dustin Weinmann

Dustin is starting his second-year coaching SIS Wrestling.
Dustin graduated from Irondale in 2013. While wrestling at Irondale Dustin was a starter for 4 years, qualifying for sate each of those years. Dustin was a two-time state place winner placing 5th as a Sophomore and becoming Irondale's first ever state champ his senior year. Dustin finished his career at Irondale with a career record of 137-25. From there Dustin went on to wrestle at the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse where he was a four-year starter, qualifying for the NCAA Championships 3 times. Dustin was a two-time All-American placing 3rd in 2016 at 133 pounds and then capturing the 141-pound national title in 2017 with a record of 27 - 0. While at La Crosse Dustin was a 4-time NWCA Academic All-American and had a career record of 97 and 24. Dustin graduated with a Computer Science major and a Math minor.
Dustin is Currently working at Ameriprise Financial as a software engineer.
Ryan Weinmann

Ryan is starting his second year as an assistant coach for the SIS Wrestling Program.
Ryan is an alumni of Irondale High School from the Class of 2013. During his high school career Ryan wrestled on the team for 5 years and became the starter during his Sophomore year. In his three years on Varsity, he was a 3x State Entrant and placed 5th his Senior year. After he finished with high school, Ryan went on to wrestle in Division 3 at the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse. Ryan was a starter all 4 years of school(125,133) where he was a 2x NCAA Qualifier(125lbs), a WIAC Champion, and a 4x NWCA Scholar All-American. Ryan graduated from UW - La Crosse in 2017 with a Major in Finance and came back to the cities to work in Sales at SportsEngine.
